Dear all for your final exam, please focus on ways in which to organize a work area in an office. the importance of an ergonomic work environment, safety in the work environment including filing, electricity and lighting, office noise and equipment, office automation, some points for protective maintenance for office machines and equipment, the appropriate guard words, things to do before you make an outgoing call, the expressions to conclude telephone conversation, a telephone message, forms, actions to show that you understand telephone etiquette. benefits to be gained by using a Time Schedule, office furniture.
